One client at $2,000 a month
Refer a business owner who signs a $2,000 per month reputation package.
10% of the monthly fee, for their first month and each month they keep paying.
Five clients closed in one month
Close five referrals in a single month: one at $3,000 a month and four at $2,000 a month. Hitting five moves all of them to 15%.
15% of the combined monthly fees once you close 5 or more in a month.
A larger enterprise referral
Refer a higher-tier client on a $10,000 per month engagement that signs with TBR.
10% of the monthly fee, paid each month the client keeps paying.
Commission is a percentage of the client's monthly fee, not of the whole engagement up front. It is paid on their first month and on each month they continue to pay, under the terms of your partner agreement. Earnings vary with deal size and are paid only when a referred client signs and pays TBR. This is a commission-only role.
